Team Update

I thought it was time to bring you up to speed with the recent changes we have made to our team……

As some of you may already be aware, Kelly left us to go on maternity leave in June and to everyone’s surprise (probably more so for Kelly!), she finished on the Friday and gave birth on the Saturday thanks to an unexpected early arrival of little Alfie. Kelly will be re-joining the team in March 2014.

In August, we had to say goodbye to Dan, our Trainee Paraplanner following his decision to go to university and study Economics. We wish him all the best and have instructed him to keep in touch and keep us informed of his comings and goings! In light of Dan leaving, we are pleased to introduce our newest recruit, James Cunnington who has chosen to embark on the Trainee Paraplanner role following his completion of his Economics degree with a view to working towards his Paraplanning qualification.  He will be assisting Gill and Matt with all client matters and learning from Matt, (our esteemed Financial Planner) the more technical details in the process….. Best of luck James and welcome on board!

Not forgetting Gill………

Gill Fabretti joined us in February this year as the Client Administrator – within a short space of time, she has proved herself a valuable member of the team! Thank you Gill for all your efforts and it has also not gone unnoticed that we know it isn’t the fairies that magically make things run smoothly for our clients…… keep up the good work!

And finally…….

Tomorrow, I also say (a temporary) farewell to begin my maternity leave with my baby due to make his/her arrival on the 20th October.  As a consequence to my departure, I would like to introduce Ria Knight, who will be replacing me and would like to take this opportunity in wishing her all the best and welcoming her to the BDB team and also thanking her in advance for keeping everything running smoothly in my absence. ……

Many thanks and see you all soon,

Victoria

Autumn bares its teeth at the first BDB golf day
by Matt Kiddle on September 30th, 2016

Some very testing conditions for our friends and competitors at the inaugural BDB golf day yesterday. Blustery winds, squally showers and occasional sunshine all added to the challenge of the hills and fast greens at Moor Allerton. After a light lunch spent learning the intricacies of the stableford scoring system, Tim soon had everyone on […]
