What We Do
We provide a Personal Finance Director service that helps ensure our client’s “material” success translates into “true” success.
This service incorporates all the things you would expect from a Finance Director in the corporate world, but in respect of your personal affairs, including:
- Prepare regular Management Information (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cashflow)
- Cashflow projections
- Viability of “projects” or “new ventures” verified
- Help manage balance sheet assets
- Analyse income streams
- Analyse costs and minimise wastage / inefficiency
- Identify and manage risks
- Manage tax, including the identification of ways of reducing
- Constructing a team of specialist advisers (eg, tax, legal)
- Regular meetings with the “Board of Directors” to keep them informed and to offer direction
- Monitor and report on performance against plan
- Ensure that financial and legal responsibilities are met
- Help manage financial administration.
